SMS Privacy Policy

Jardin View Landscapes, LLC ("Jardin View Landscapes," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This SMS Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and disclose Personal Information in connection with our SMS and text messaging program ("Service").

The Service may be delivered through third-party communications providers, mobile carriers, and messaging platforms. This Policy is incorporated into our SMS Terms of Service.

By opting in to or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed this Policy. We may update this Policy periodically. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide and operate the Service or as required by law.

The preceding exclusions do not prevent us from sharing information with service providers that support the delivery of our SMS program, provided that those parties use the information only to perform services on our behalf.

We will not transfer your mobile information or SMS consent to another business so that the other business can send its own marketing or promotional text messages to you.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Personal Information under our control. We also require service providers handling Personal Information on our behalf to maintain safeguards appropriate to the services they provide.

However, no electronic communications system, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. SMS messages may pass through mobile carriers, communications providers, and other third-party networks that are outside our direct control.

You are responsible for maintaining control of the device and telephone number used to communicate with us. Please notify us if your mobile telephone number changes or if you believe someone has accessed your messages without authorization.

8. Opting In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Jardin View Landscapes through one or more of the following methods:

Entering your mobile telephone number on an online form that contains an SMS consent disclosure
Requesting an estimate or landscaping service and affirmatively agreeing to receive SMS communications
Completing a written or electronic form that includes your mobile telephone number and an SMS consent disclosure
Providing consent during an in-person or telephone interaction when that opt-in method is properly documented
Texting an advertised keyword, such as START, when that option is offered
Initiating a text message conversation with Jardin View Landscapes

Providing a mobile telephone number by itself does not necessarily constitute consent to receive every type of text message. We will use your number in a manner consistent with the consent and context under which it was provided.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

9. Opting Out

You may opt out of SMS messages from Jardin View Landscapes at any time by replying STOP to a message from us.

After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from the applicable messaging program unless you opt in again.

Where supported, other commonly recognized opt-out keywords may also be honored.

If you want to receive messages again after opting out, you may reply START or complete a new opt-in process.

Opting out of SMS communications does not prevent Jardin View Landscapes from contacting you through another method when permitted by law and necessary to address an active service, safety, billing, contractual, or customer support matter.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile service plan. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Jardin View Landscapes may use third-party communications providers, including Net2Phone or its messaging partners, to deliver and manage SMS messages.

To the extent permitted by law, third-party communications providers and mobile carriers are not responsible for disputes between you and Jardin View Landscapes concerning the products, services, scheduling, estimates, billing, or other communications associated with our business.

Messages from us may include links to websites, invoices, scheduling resources, estimate information, or third-party services.

This Policy applies only to Jardin View Landscapes' SMS program. A third-party website or service may have its own privacy policy and terms. We encourage you to review those policies before submitting Personal Information to a third party.

We may modify this Policy when necessary to reflect changes to:
